Shipping policy

We will make our best endeavours to dispatched your order within 3 working days of receipt of your order. All orders delivered by Royal Mail. Being based in the remote Highlands of Scotland, delivery timescales with Royal Mail may be a little slower than in more central areas of the UK. We use the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service for UK orders, and they normally arrive within 3 days of leaving the local post office.

Our delivery charge is based on the weight of your order and reflects how much it costs us to ship it by Royal Mail or Parcel Force, plus a small amount for packaging.

All products delivered outside of the United Kingdom will be tracked, and are sold on the basis that the customer is required to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees. Please note that due to postal restrictions we are not able to ship perfumes outside of the UK.
