I hope it has registered 5 stars. It looked like only 4 !. The order arrived very well packed and exactly as requested. If there is a negative it was only that I didn't receive any information as to when it would be arriving. However, it was not a problem as we were home. Hopefully our postie would have left it anyway even though it stated to be signed for. They usual are very good The products are amazing. I would highly recommend all the products and the Perfume Studio to all my friends and will be a regular customer. Thank you for the great service. Helen
